Its been a month since this happend, I was driving a blood members car the car had insurence but since I was driving it they will not pay. I know I need an attorney, but I just dont positive what kind I need. Also what do I ask the attorney and what will
Answer: If you were driving the mechanism with the permission of the owner, insurance should cover the car. No, you don't necessarily need an attorney, if anyone calls you only refer them to the insurance company of the owner of the vehicle.
