I was in a car accident in Kentucky,however, I survive in and have an insurance policy written in Indiana. The other driver was also from out of state, with insurance from Virginia, and was at deficiency. Which state insurance minimums take precedence,

Hello I was uplift ended not my fault.. I have over 12K in medical bills but only 5K in med pay... I dont wanna lease a attorney due to the 33% cut. What can I do to prevent from hurting my credit etc... I'm in Indiana too! Help
