My conceal was in an accident in Michigan, we live in Illinois. He was not the at fault driver.
Our private medical insurance or our auto drayman, both major large companies are not paying the medical bills. They say the other is supposed to
| Answer: This is the bane of no-liable laws. Under Michigan no-fault (which is the governing law since the accident occured in Michigan) it doesn't matter which driver was at trespass. The insurance company has to pay. This is a very straight-forward case; |
