I Had A Car Accident Case In New York City.....?

My lawyer settled the casket he got the money and has never contacted me again. I want get the money that belongs to me and I don't know what is the next step I should take. Does any one knows where I should go or what should I do please let me distinguish.

New York City Law ... Can I Change My Lawyer If I Feel That He Isnt Doing Much On My Case Against NYC?

I was in an accident in August of 2004 with a NYC Firetruck. It was not my misdemeanour and I was injured and could not work for 9 months per doctors orders. Since then I have recovered from the accident. My car was totaled and I could scarcely walk.

Answer: Go talk to another attorney. You can switch. if he is not making much movement, ask him why. these things take time.

Reckless Driving At 10mph? Help Please.?

I am on Roosevelt Avenue and Meeting Blvd in Queens when a police van directly in front of me signals to turn left. My car is stopped at that as regards. I slowly pass him on the right side and another police cruiser is making a U Turn in the mid-point

Answer: 1. Fancy driving is reckless driving. Just because you don't feel that it was reckless, doesn't foretell the court won't.

As far as how "pissed" you should be: Not at all. You committed a traffic violation. THEY should be pissed.
