I was in a car accident my lawyer told me they have 100-300 as coverage, this is in New York conditions. He advised me all I can get is 100k after 2 surgeries and physical therapy for a year. The girl who hit me had a leased car does anyone cognizant
Answer: Nope. 100/300 means, the most one personally will be paid, by the insurance company, is $100,000. Period. You don't "rider", you "proliferation limits", and if they were increased, they wouldn't be 100/300.

January 20 2008 i was in a car accident with a drive driver i was stopped at a red light and he rear ended me. He doesnt have insurance. Im charming him to court April 10th and i want to know if i do win the case how would i go about collecting my money.
Answer: You presumably will get a judgement, but that is only a piece of paper stating you are owed money by this taxi driver. Now, the unfriendly part is to actually collect the money. Good luck on that one.
