Can I Claim Insurance If The Package Got Opened During The Delivery Process?

I recently shipped a incorporate that contains many electronic parts. And the addressee complaint about the package was unsealed and opened upon the utterance. Many parts are missing. Can I claim insurance or find a solution with UPS regarding this matter?
Please help!

Established you can CLAIM. UPS might even give you some coverage!

Of course, if THEIR records indicate that the package was delivered sealed, they will vary from the claim.

I have insured my car with Status farm insurance company for about 6 months. Recently, my car was stolen from my driveway. I have informed the long arm of the law and the insurance company. I have the one way insurance and I didn't add the "Fire and Theft" protection. The insurance company rebuff to pay for my car and the other expense. Is there any other ways to claim?
I mean Liability insurance.

If you did not buying coverage for theft....then no.

When you decided not to purchase the coverage for theft - you agreed to be ourselves responsible for the loss of the car if it was stolen. Well, it got stolen and now you are personally responsible for the financial extermination.

l recently put unleaded into my diesel means and drove until it stopped ( l did not realize l had did this until later) l have had my car repaired to the amount of over $1000. Can l claim this on my insurance, as accidental invoice. l have full comprehensive insrance on my vehicle, and also have home contents.

No, that wasn't an mischance, that was operator error. 2 different things. Insurance will not cover it.

Queue a claim with the the other vehicle's insurance company. If they accept liability, they'll cover your damages.

as hunger as you have a valid driving license then you have no problem just get in and drive......in for fear that b if of accident....insurance will cover.

my car was hit in parking lot and insurance is dragging its feet to examine. how much time is officially allowed for this investigation and what are my rights bacause it has been 30 days today. i have a full insurance on this car and insurance visitors is investigating as a fraud claim!. insurance from metlife!

Claims being investigated for trickery are under different guidelines than claims that are not being investigated for fraud. and when a claim has been brought into the SIU department that info isn't shared with the living soul being investigated. But when they are brought into SIU, it's for a darn good reason, whether you're committing fraud or not. By law the insurance has to consider suspicious claims, whether or not it actually is.

As for what 'cece' recommends, contacting the state...you can do that, that's your chance. But once they are aware your claim is being investigated for fraud--you're done.

I would say if you are covered for unpremeditated damage then probably yes. You need to read through your insurance document, especially the small issue.

I purchased my Mahindra Logan in August 2008. I have a extensive policy of Royal Sundaram Insurance. Yesterday (7th March 2009) I hit a road barricade due to which the windshield and the front composition bumper is damaged. Now would it be better to claim insurance against the damage or to pay for the expenses myself. What would be more cost effective?

Don't recollect where you're from but in the USA if you have comprehensive coverage which covers broken glass, vandalism etc... your insurance fellowship can not raise your rates due to a claim of that sort. That being said, most comprehensive coverage has a deductible unless you opted for none when you bought your practice. Check to see if there is a deductible and how much it is. If the deductible is higher than you cost for the repairs pay it out of pocket. If the repairs are higher than the deductible use the insurance.
