Insurance Claim, Complaints?

How would I speech a complaint with a very poor offer from a legitimate insurance claim? My house was hit by lighting and the roof was damaged. I contacted a roofing contractor and received an thinking as the insurance asked me to do. The estimate was just over 7 thousand dollars. The insurance company is offering me upstanding 3 thousand dollars. They state that the roof shingles have too much wear and tear and that the THREE leaks are from that put on and tear, not the lighting strike. The House is only 12 years old and the shingles are rated as 30 years shingles. The leaks started the same day as the lighting come up with. Any ideas how I can deal with them?

Well, you start with your factor.

If you don't HAVE replacement cost on your house, you don't GET replacement. Even if you DO have replacement, you get depreciated value until the roof is really replaced.

Lightening strike damage is obvious - there's going to be scortching and wish marks. It's also highly likely that the roof wasn't installed correctly in the first station, or that the roofer put on cheaper shingles than they should have. Neither of those situations are covered by your homeowners insurance.

Lastly, if talking with your legate doesn't clear things up, you need to file the complaint, in writing, with all your claims documentation, with your ceremonial insurance commissioner.

Can an uneployment payment protoection insurance claim be accepted if the living soul was sacked?

Long story short, My brother worked for a security fixed, Manager of that store didnt get on with anyone, he put a complaint in against her and she rang the security firm and told them to state him not to come back, this happend about 3 weeks ago, after taking a loan with abbey.

Should that be alright?

Give someone a tongue-lashing him to claim unemployment...Its going to start an investigation and if she did it with no just cause....she will be the one out of a job.

Claim what is due to you. If he worked for the fellowship for over 3 months...he can claim.

Tell him to fight it don't let this person do this to you she is miss using her position in the circle.
Now if he is working at another company he can get paid for those weeks he wasn't working due to being laid off. The unemployment house is going to ask why he was let go and just tell the truth.

Claim and see where it takes you...the company is going to try to fall out over you but don't give up.

Anyone With Knowledge Of Civil Complaints Filed Against Fidelity National Insurance Co.?

I am clarifying that I am looking for samples of "domestic complaints" re aforementioned. Fidelity National Insurance sent adjuster after flood. Adjuster made endorse offer WITH understanding that more settlement monies$ available if more damage found. Additional indemnity (significant) has now been uncovered. Now Fidelity renegs on its promise. My acceptance of first part of settlement did not abandon my right to additional funds. There is underlying damage as was discussed with adjuster at spell of first inspection. Additional work had to be done to see and assess that damage. Not looking for LEGAL suggestion. Just need site(s) where I can look for sample complaints re non-payment of flood insurance. (I have searched Fidelity Patriotic...they are also a title insurance company). If no sites available for Fidelity, would appreciate ANY insurance complaints re other complaints for non-payment of d insurance claims.

Your insurance Rest on is the best place to start. However, you do have two different entities you are looking for claims against.

The first is Fidelity Citizen Ins Co, but the second is the adjusting firm he was working for at the time he did the adjustment.

However, before you got really hog intractable, take a look at your insurance policy (If you don't have it ask the insruance company for it). sometimes there is a limitation within the policy of tempo in which you have to present supplemental claims. Make sure you have done all those things as required in your insurance squeeze first.

Can I Claim Insurance If The Package Got Opened During The Delivery Process?

I recently shipped a encase that contains many electronic parts. And the addressee complaint about the package was unsealed and opened upon the liberation. Many parts are missing. Can I claim insurance or find a solution with UPS regarding this matter?
Please help!

Confident you can CLAIM. UPS might even give you some coverage!

Of course, if THEIR records indicate that the package was delivered sealed, they will scram the claim.

Fender Bender Accident And Insurance Claim?

I was in a fender binder accessory a couple of days ago. I am at fault, since I was coming off of an exit ramp, and the car in front of me slammed on brakes in the give way lane. I looked over my shoulder to yield, and to no avail, proceed to merge, only to lightly tap the stopped channel in front of me. The passenger of the vehicle I tapped insisted on filing a police report, in if it happens of damages. When the police arrived, both cops, the passenger, and I assessed the damages to both vehicles. There appeared to be no damages. There wasn't even a rub out on his bumper or breaks. At the end of the night, the officer did not write me a citation, but noted that if the driver wanted to systematize an insurance complaint for damages he might have suffered, he will notify me. I just got a call a couple of hours ago, and the rider who owns the vehicle sounds pretty persist about the damages he says that his means incurred. He's going to be estimates.

I am 21 years old and a dependent of my parents. I am a full-heretofore student in college, working minimally to pay what bills I am able to. I know this is present to affect my parent's car insurance, because I am covered under their policy. I am freaking out because I know that this could cause their fee to increase drastically. I have no prior offenses on my record. How bad could their insurance rate increase from this happening?

You can file a gripe to your state's Department of Insurance. The state tends to work for the people. They will hear your at all events, hear the insurance companies case and decide what to do from there.

What can take place to the company that forged the Certificates of Insurance?

It's counterfeit, and a criminal charge. Likely, they'll get stuck with a fine.

USPS Lost My Package And I Didn't Have Insurance. Can I File A Claim?

I shipped the note with a paypal label and have a tracking number but I did not purchase insurance(laptop $300). The post occupation has not been able to locate the package since it left jacksonville in mid-may and the buter has filed a paypal kick. USPS has given me a confirmation number for further inverstigation of the issue but have not said anything about refund for value. Will I have that choice to file a claim with USPS if the item is determined lost?

did the purchaser say to ship it without insurance? if the buyer's instructions were to to decline insurance it is the buyer's problem, if the buyer asked you to insure it you have a enigma, at any rate no insurance no claim it just depends on who eats it you or the buyer. Don't lose any of the paperwork, pay pal might do a care back and then you will have to try to keep your money. Good Luck

The coppers did not consider it hit and run because he left info. His insurance denied claim, saying damage supported both stories. I filed a grievance with the insurance commission. I received papers and photos. Photos were of a completely different car. The fuzz have done nothing.
