My younger companion was rear ended at an entrance to a parking lot. Before turning into the parking lot a man hit him from behind, so they both pulled into the parking lot to kick the bucket out the damages. My brother only took the man's first name and phone number. He called the man for his insurance policy and the man does not want to give the ways number to my brother. He wants to pay for the damages out of pocket. Yes, my brother did agree to this at first, but his a new driver and was probaly needles about the accident at first. Any advice please...

I was in a car misadventure that was not my fault and the other party has some insurance company called Old American Company. I can't find any phone number or website for this insurance coterie. I've never even heard of them. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this or has a phone number. I want to get the ball rolling on this claim and am in need of a rental car.

ok well i wanted to see if i had a sober claim on my Asurion phone insurance, and i put all my info in to start a claim, and it gave me this fraud warning and it gave me my claim number and now im freaking out that i truly like officially filed a claim and i am 14 and didn't ask my parents about it, and i used my dads name..... ya freaking out.... did i fill out this and am i going to get in a lot of trouble if i don't go through with filing it?

You cannot legally present into a contract of any kind until you are 18 years old. Tell your father what you did and have him contact them and legitimatize.

This can all go away if you are honest about it.

as extensive as its not a cell phone you should be able to call 411 and just say you have a number and want the information on it.

I backed out of a parking interval and bumped another car. There was a little scratched paint on my car and the same goes for her so I begged her not to file a description because the car was insured under my boyfriends name but I am not on the insurance. She agreed and when she got the car estimated they told her it is going to cost 1502 dollars. I saw it and took a gifted look at it and I know there is no way it was that much damage and I dont have that kind of money. Even though I backed into her, it was not totally her fault because she was speeding down the aisle and stopped right behind me. She only got my name and phone number and license plate number. Can she parade anything with that information? Also how and when will I be notified if she does file a claim?

No, none of it was her accountable. You backed into her, backing out of a parking place when it was not clear, and was unsafe to do so.

So, you have two choices. Get the money, and pay her, or let your boyfriend's insurance cover it. One way or the other she will get her vehicle fixed.

My phone got stolen about, i called vodafone as soon as it happened to tell them so they blocked the phone, but when i went in there yesterday they said i needed a concern number from the police so i could claim on insurance. So i went to the police and they said i needed proof it was stolen, she was charming ages and kept answering the phone and doing other things and i needed to go to work so i said id go back another day. But its so much hassle, do u think i could change my claim to lost instead of stolen so i can have a replacement right away without all this bother?
