Can An Uneployment Payment Protection Insurance Claim Be Accepted If Employment?

Can an uneployment payment protoection insurance claim be accepted if the actually was sacked?

Long story short, My brother worked for a security determined, Manager of that store didnt get on with anyone, he put a complaint in against her and she rang the security firm and told them to ascertain him not to come back, this happend about 3 weeks ago, after taking a loan with abbey.

Should that be alright?

Utter him to claim unemployment...Its going to start an investigation and if she did it with no just cause....she will be the one out of a job.

Claim what is due to you. If he worked for the body for over 3 months...he can claim.

Tell him to fight it don't let this person do this to you she is miss using her position in the flock.
Now if he is working at another company he can get paid for those weeks he wasn't working due to being laid off. The unemployment callers is going to ask why he was let go and just tell the truth.

Claim and see where it takes you...the company is going to try to spat you but don't give up.
Good luck

Insurance Claim?

I was recently in an auto mischance. I was not at fault and the other guy was cited. I carry full coverage insurance through safe auto. I contacted them and they said they were prevalent to send an adjuster. I had asked the rep not the adjuster if they would tak into consideration my $1k custom wheels and she said they would not and if they find my conduit totalled that i also would not be able to take them off. Is this right, even if i put regular steel wheels back on. Im afraid if i delay until the adjuster looks at it and ask him then it will be too late. The rep said no one would be able to tell me except the adjuster. Unambiguous craziness i say. I have to file with my insurance because it was an on duty city cop who hit me, so i have to file it with my insurance, another crazy part to this story. unbeeleevable

No call to worry...you can change your custom wheels with the originals before it is towed to the bone yard, (in episode, you can do this at any time you want -- it's still your car). What probably happened is the claims adjuster meant to say if your wheels were added into the value of your setting (and it would NOT be for 1K) then they had to stay with the vehicle. If your car is handled as a total loss and you have reinstalled the original wheels and tires then the charge of custom wheels/tires will NOT be added to the bottom line price of your vehicle.

Insurance Claim Question?

I have medical Insurance through my job which I started on 04/01/08. I took this place because my 2 kids and I did not have insurance for a year. So my son gets sick and I take him to the dr on 4/16/08. I pay the deduct. then the drs office calls me to determine me they have rejected the claim. long story short, the Insurance company wants a support guild or divorce decree to "make sure" they do not have other insurance. I send them a verbatim and copies of my child support which only states that my ex will have to pay me half for any ins. I have. Still they have rejected it saying that the children have "other insurance" I am so fed up with this BS!! I now have the drs. aid calling me expecting me to pay them!! What can I do? i have ALOT of money taken out of my weekly paycheck to pay for this ins, there has to be some well-intentioned of legal rights for them doing this to me!! if anyone has had this happen or works in the field, please give me some advice on my rights!! This is Fiendish!!

You should be adept to get this resolved pretty easily. Its a standard thing for them to inquire about other insurance. Honestly, if the service visit was just on April 16th of this year, it sounds like its still going through the channels.

Call the insurer and ask whether they now have all the documentation that they lack. You may find out that the claim has already been adjusted - if not, ask them what other information they need from you.

If you haven't made a phone call to them yet, you definitely need to call. Many insurers will even take a word-of-mouth confirmation on a phone call...only way you know is to ask.

Need Advice On An Insurance Claim?

So last week I was hit by a wares while I was driving my car. He was at a stop sign to my left, while i was to his right, taking a left swing. I had the right of way and as I was taking the left turn he pulled out hitting my driver decipher fender and my rim. Call his insurance make the claim tell the the true story. Insurance lady calls me today saying the in the flesh who hit me says I took the corner to sharp and hit him. I didn't call the cops because after the accident he showed me his military I.d. and buttress of insurance and admitted he was at fault. There are no witnesses either. There is no damage to his truck because he hit me with his tire and its totally plain that I didnt drive into him from the damage on my car. My car was not insured at the time either. What should I Do?

You should learn by sustain. If there were no witnesses and you did not call the police, it is your word against his word. Therefore you can't do much of anything. As stated earlier, learn by this misread.

If I Put In A Claim For Homeowners Insurance To Cover Goods, Will My Insurance Go Up Or Be Revoked?

We had flooding in our basement and my washer was damaged and we adamant to get a new one rather than repair it. With all the stories floating around about hurricane victims (and other homeowners) having their insurance revoked or having their rates go up astronomically for tiny claims I got scared. I didn't want this to happen to me. Would you have put in the claim for the washer? Are these stories right?

Do you have a inundation policy? Your flood policy will NOT go up or be revoked for putting in a claim. Your HOMEOWNERS policy does NOT take into account flood damage. Water running into the house from outside, such as groundwater, is considered d.

I would NOT put in a flood claim on your homeowners policy; a water claim puts a red flag on your account, because top damage leads to . . . MOLD!!! So even though it's not covered, it's NOT worth it. I have no phantasy what your washer is worth, but I bought mine for about $500 - same as the deductible on my policy, so that's a wash. Pun fully intended. Remorseful. Slow day.

What Steps Can Be Taken If You Disagree With An Auto Insurance Claim W/who's At Fault?

It's a extensive story. But I don't feel it was my mom's fault when a lady hit my mom's car in the rear end when crossing an intersection in a parking lot. Her insurance throng said it was my mom's fault, so what can I do to disagree with the insurance company for my mom. Go to court or by law what can I do for my mom?

Complete the claim with your insurance company and advise them the other company is not accepting fault (which is common in cases like this). They will do an study and make a determination as well. If they find the other driver to be at fault they will take care of the legal work and chronologize against the other company for you and settle the claim for you in the mean time if needed.

Ever Had Your Medical Care Tuned Down By The Insurance Company?

I recently had surgery and turned in the medical paperwork to my insurance assemblage. They paid part of the work but turned down others. It was all precertified but not according to the insurance people. They say they will not pay and I am struggling to get answers.

I think a good percentage of insurance claims are turned down because most people do not have the understanding to figure out how to refute the insurance company rules and buracracy. How about you. Any insurance horror stories?

Yes, I've had medical tend turned down. Some I've appealed and had it straightened out, some not.

My insurance is with Cigna. It's a great plan, but they are SO fast to negate.

My most recent horror story is the birth of my last child - the C-section was covered, but Cigna is denying coverage for the guy that sewed me up afterwards. Judgement we should have used band-aids.

I've had claims denied for "no coverage in remember" (DH has worked at a fortune 100 company for 15 years with no gap in insurance coverage), "no pre-authorization" (we go it, I have the numbers), "not a medical from profits" (for the other baby's tongue tie, when he couldn't EAT as a newborn), along with claims denied only just because the prior claim, incorrectly denied, was denied.

I spend a LOT of time fighting with Cigna to get our kindred's claims covered. The scarey thing is, I know how the system works. People who do NOT pay notice to those EOB statements in the mail, and who do NOT spend the hours getting through, writing letters, appealing denials - well, they're getting screwed out of benefits rightly theirs.

On Average, How Long Does Car Insurance Claims Take? Tell Me Your Stories.?

On 9/4, I was hold up ended by a driver with no driver license. Obviously, I was not at fault. However the car that he was driving was insured. I have the overt minimum, which means no collision so I have to get damages on my own through their insurance. Well it took them until 9/14 to get statements from both the driver and the possessor. It had taken the underwriting a week to get their stuff together and the adjuster sent his work in around 9/17. Now it is 9/22 and I have no reconciliation. The adjuster is saying that my case is special and it is going to the legal team at their corporate. The insurance ensemble that is handling the claim is Infinity Insurance. Anyone else dealt with this company? Anyone have a story related to mine?

It basically took me close to 7 days from making 1st phone call for insurance claim to getting payment to fix my car. On Day 1, someone ran stop seal and hit the passenger side of my car. Car was immediately towed to a yard.

Day 3: Car was removed from the yard to a mend facility. Estimate done. I also picked up police report and fax it over to my adjuster.
Day 4: Paperwork to give the green light to fix car was fax to me.
Day 6: My insurance paid majority of the damages
Day 14: My car is fixed and I had to pay $500 deductible.

So I got a new insurance account and my premiums went up by hundred dollars. That makes no sense to me since I didn't cause the calamity. I guess it goes up no matter who is at fault, which is ridiculous.

I Need To Write A Short Story Personifying The Life Cycle Of An Insurance Claim?

For my Condition Insurance Coding class, my teacher has given us an assignment to create a short chronicle personifying the 10 steps to the life cycle of an insurance claim. I'm usually pretty honourable with writing, but I have absolutely no idea where to start. Any input? Here are the 10 steps according to my professor:

1. Wrinkle Negotiation between the patient and the insurance company / the healthcare provider accepts the assignment.
2. Serene appointment scheduled / pre-registration
3. Patient completes registration and chart is started.
4. Amenities rendered
5. Data entered/charges entered in software from encounter forms. Copay is comfortable.
6. Print claim or submit electronically.
7. Electronic claims go to clearinghouse or printed claims go via postal dispatch.
8. Insurance company receives claim and adjudicates.
9. Provider receives a remittance, patient receives simplification of benefits
10. If claim is paid, provider posts to account. If rejected, provider can allurement.

I also have to remember these steps in order for a test that I have on Monday. Any advice towards that will be helpful as well.
Thanks!
Thanks for all the warning so far! I really like the CIA idea. I'm trying to figure out how to write that as the whole story. :)

What Happens If I Don't File A GAP Insurance Claim?

on st patricks day, i totalled my car that was importance $9000, and i owed $11500 on it. i bought GAP insurance when i got the car. but about 3 weeks before my wreck, a guy backed a camper into the side of my car. extensive story short, his insurance company gave me a check for $2300 to get it fixed. i didnt tribulation that it was dented so i blew the money on a weekend in orlando (and i dont regret it one bit either.) but after my car casualty, my insurance company told me they knew i had that claim from the camper backing into me. she asked me if the check i got for it was less than $1200 and i said no. so she said they were gonna pay the value of the car MINUS $1200 and the GAP insurance will pay the support of the car, but she said the GAP insurance will ALSO minus out the $1200. so, all in all, after my insurance and my gap insurance pay this car off for me, i will still owe $1200. i have no intention of paying off this $1200, barely because i just cant financially. my insurance has paid their part, but im in the middle of filing the GAP claim. and it sucks. OMG they want copies of the stupidist randomist crap. which i get it, they total u just through hoops so they can find a way to deny your claim. but, here is the thing...i already bought a new car. when i bought my new car, the salesman said there is no other car lend on my credit report. so, what i am wondering is, if i dont bother to file the gap insurance claim, and i walk around owing like 3500.00 for my totalled car (that i have no ambition of paying, cuz screw them.), and that car is potentially not even on my credit report, whats the worst that can come about to me? what, i'll screw up my credit? its pretty gruesome already. i am in the middle of a divorce, selling a prostitution and i have nowhere to live after it sells, my husband has custody of my daughter, and i think i might be losing my job. so, this GAP insurance/car payment element can take a back burner right? if u were me, what would u do? would u just stop paying the totalled car, dont perturb with the GAP and focus on other things?

ok even though you have a lien, on the 1st misadventure you were not at fault so they paid you for the amount of the damages. they dont care if you fix the car or as you did, take a nice trip to orlando; they pay what they owed you;

the only moment when the other insurance company considers a lien is when the car is totaled and then the check goes to the lienholder.

now your own insurance is other; the lienholder is listed on your policy to protect them for any damages; so any payment will either have the lien and your name or your name and a richness shop to verify that you cant cash it without fixing your car.

even though this may not be listed on your credit report now, most like as not will show up in a few months. you better file for your gap since believe me creditors will hound you for that $3500;

another consideration; if you were to throw your job; a lot of employers run credit checks on prospective employees; my step son had a job offer that they took back after they ran his attribute and found a a judgment on his credit report;
