How Do I Get A Loan Against A Personal Injury Insurance Claim In A Car Wreck? |
Aug 22, 2007 by Christine F | Posted in Other - Business & Finance
There are many lenders online that are vying for your company, and it can be confusing trying to decide who to choose. You should start first by determining how much money you call for to borrow, and what kind of terms you are looking for. Would you rather have a short term personal advance, with higher monthly payments and lower interest rates, or would you rather stretch it out as long as you can, with discount monthly payments? These are things to consider before you ever begin the loan process. You should also do some match shopping, getting quotes from several lenders, to try and get the best possible deal on your private loan.
Keep in mind that each time you apply for a personal loan with a different lender, a duplicate of your credit report will be pulled. Too many credit pulls can impact your score, as it often makes it figure that you are desperately seeking money, which could be a sign of financial problems.
Once you have done your homework, which includes making undeviating you have a legitimate lender, and not a scammer trying to get your personal information, then you are ready to carry on with with the loan process. You should be prepared to spend some time reading and filling out forms, and then making sure that everything you have submitted is correct. Then, sit back and wait for the offers to come in. Choose the one that best suits your needs, and you are done.

Can I Go After A Third Party Insurance Company Over An Injury Claim After My PIP Has Already Paid? |
Aug 01, 2008 by natesession | Posted in Insurance
I was in an serendipity. It was the other person's fault. Her insurance company accepted liability for the accident. My medical bills where paid out of my intimate injury protection (PIP) with my own insurance company. Can I go after the other person's insurance company for a personal injury claim also?
I live in Texas
Inhibit with your adjuster.
See, your policy says, once your policy pays you, you transfer your right to retrieve, to your insurance company.
So IF you go after them, you have to reimburse your insurance company, what they paid out. You can't collect twice, for the same thing, from two out of the ordinary insurers.
Personal injury - pain and suffering - is slightly different than medical bills. So, it's reachable that your insurer would allow a P&S claim against the other party, without attaching the payment. But it's MORE likely that the money you got from them, would revile with a lein against it, by your insurer.

Can You File A Personal Injury Claim With 2 Insurance Companies? |
Nov 13, 2006 by caligirlnw | Posted in Insurance & Registration
I was injured a last-end collision. The at-fault driver was driving an insured vehicle that belongs to his advocate. The driver also has insurance. Can I file a claim with the insurance covering the vehicle as well as with the insurance of the at-fault driver?
Yes. You should arrange against ALL potentially liable entities, including your own. They will figure out who should pay what to whom. All claims may not be honored, such as the one to your own retinue, but they will help settle it because they do NOT want to have to pay anything. Make sure you let each them know all of the filings made.
If you are looking for nummular reimbursement for injuries, you may mention a sum and the potential to speak with an attorney, a counter offering will most likely be made, if not an outright payment.
You may get an attorney if you like, but expect at least 33% of any payment to go to them. This is adequate of a waste unless you are hurt badly.

In A Personal Injury Claim, will The Insurance Company Pay In Full For Future Treatment?uk? |
Mar 31, 2009 by george | Posted in Insurance
I have a live injury claim on-going after an accident,i am 29 and i have get injections in my knee twice a year until i am 50-55 and then will privation a knee-replacement.
I am 29yrs old.
thanks for any information.
The injections cost £1200 a year.
The insurance won't pay for ever. When they proposal a settlement, once it is paid, it is down to you to pay for your treatment. However, the settlement figure should take into account any further treatment. The insurance may covet you to have a medical to prove the treatment is working before they pay out any more monies. Surely your solicitor will rake you what you can claim for.

Who Needs To Be Involved To Make An Insurance Claim After An Injury? |
Jun 19, 2008 by x_wiggy_x | Posted in Law & Ethics
my sidekick recently fell from a roof whilst workin, basically id like to remember how the insurance people go about makin a claim do they need to involve everyone who was there at the time? and do tey go into detail? i dont have a clue about it and as somewhere was there who wasnt required to be i want to know if they will get dragged into it aswell and if there is any way they can be left out of it? even tho they were the ones to take him there and be working with him closely on the roof?
Sometimes it is badly to explain what happened. I can see you are having that trouble.
You can leave anyone out of the report that you wish, but if it is someone with impressive evidence you don't want to exclude them.
The best idea is to tell the truth and give all the names of all the witnesses, equip the medical reports from treating personnel, provide estimates of how long a handicap will last.
No one will get dragged into it. Usually just telling their story is enough and they can go on their way. Unless you wish to throw the case.

Insurance Claim Body Injury? |

I am doing well tough to do my own Bodily injury claim. I want to know how you figure out how much you should ask for. I have lost wages of abour 3500 as i only line part time. I have been off work for about 8 weeks from lifeguarding. I have been to an orthopedic doctor about 3 times they are the ones treating me. i have gone to carnal therapy for 3-4 weeks and have gone to a chriropractor for 6 times. I have lower back muscle sound, two of my disc are swallow and my sacro illiac (spelt totally wrong but will do study on spelling before i submit my claim). I was not to driver I was the passenger. my insurance paid for my medical bills and i did not, am i still allowed to claim them. Please assistants! if you have any idea about this please leave your email and i will email me . i do not use this account for emails. thank you al so much !
There is no conscientiously and fast rule for bi claims. Some will tell you to multiply the medical bills x 3. Very few claims are quality 3X the meds. So, if you want to - use that as a guide (3x the bills + wages). But that would be on the high end of what you could possibly be paid.
It all depends on the injury you have, the medical treatment, the wound to your car. If you go and get crazy with the chiro treatment in order to drive up your claim-- that's going to cause problems for you.
The value of the claim is also pompous by the laws in your state and the venue where the case would be tried (should it go that far).
The easiest way to settle the bi claim - is to let the adjuster rate your medical bills/records and lost wages. Ask the adjuster to make an submit first. This will be at the bottom of the range the adjuster set for the claim. This will give you an idea of what ballpark your claim is in. Go off of that to counter offer. The adjuster will have some wiggle scope.
If your claim is soft tissue (sprain/strain) -- and that sounds like what you have-- the go will be a few thousand - not tens of thousands.
For example - if the adjuster opens at 10,000. Then the top of their arrange is probably no higher than 15,000 -- but more likely 13,000. You could counter at 18,000. If the adjuster comes back at 11,500 - you chip 17,000 or 16,800. Your goal is to end up in the top of the adjusters range.
The best way to get the claim settled is to communitcate with the adjuster. How did the injury transform you? Why do you think the claim is worth $x.xx. It's by talking and working it out that the claim gets resolved.
** not legal guidance -- just my personal opinion based on the very limited info provided.

I Need Help On Massage Therapy SOAP Notes On The Neck Injury For The Insurance Claim.? |
Jun 02, 2008 by Sue | Posted in Pain & Pain Management
Hello,
Long-suffering has prescription from the chiropractic to get the massage due to an auto accident. She has pain in the neck, trapezius and unvarying headache and a severe pain, need constant rate, soap note and all other facts that I need to submit.
It’s my first time to prepare soap note to an insurance company.
There is no regular rate. You have to charge what you are charging other people for a massage or else it is insurance fraud. (The AMTA WA lawyers told me that in a order I took from them.)

If You File A Injury Claim, Do Your Passengers Need Valid Insurance? |
Jan 28, 2009 by crystal_wade06 | Posted in Insurance & Registration
I conclude in ca, where I got into a car accident that wasn't my fault. My friend was in da car and she is claiming back aches (which was a pre exisiting bug of hers) the insurance guy verified I had valid insurance b4 he paid out the injury claim. I am no longer claiming injuries, but my friend is. Would she have to have valid insurance for him to pay her for bodily injuries, since I am no longer pursuing my claim?
No. If she was injured, she can interfile a claim against the at fault party. Just because you were not injured does not mean she was not. However, while she may think she is pulling a rabbit one, the claims adjuster will find out her back injury was pre-existing. Her claim will be evaluated and a reduction for prior the prior adapt will be considered.
