Can I Claim National Insurance Back After A Summer Job? |

I worked over the summer and earned around £3000 and am now a full notwithstanding student. I'm below the Income Tax threshold (£6475) so I know I can claim that back. However I don't know if I can claim back National Insurance, as I'm above the £110 weekly earnings edge.
Does anyone know if I can? It doesn't mention NI anywhere on the P50 or P45 forms which I'm using to claim Income tax back.
 The proper it doesn't mention NIC on those forms is that it's non-refundable, and you can't claim it back.
Tax for a year is calculated on a cumulative main ingredient. NIC is deducted according to each payday in isolation, irrespective of other earnings in the year. All you would ever be skilled to claim back would be anything employer over-deducted. For example, if NI was deducted from someone of over 60. Over 60s don't have to pay NI. It is rare for an employer to knock off an incorrect amount of NIC, or over-deduct.

I submitted my OD Claim(Own Spoil Claim) to the Insurance company some 3 weeks before. But sofar I did not get any communication from them. Phone calls are not being attended by them !

This is a UK absurd...
As a lot of you know, the state pension is not going in our favour anymore... I heard from a Achates that you can claim back all your national insurance. Does anyone know how to go about it and where?

You don't get insurance money back. Period. It's like a lottery ticket - you don't win, you can't cash in.

I am Spanish and I have been working and paying taxes in England for 7 years. Now I am emotional back to Spain permanently and as I have not reached the minimum of 11 years needful to be eligible to have a pension in the future, I have been told that all the money I have paid will simply perish without a trace... Can I claim some of that money back?
No, I am apprehensive not....National Insurance also pays (in part) for the NHS and presumably you have made use of that service whilst you have been living here.

I got made long-winded recentley from woolworths, and have been advised to sign on now that i am,i have been told i can only claim national insurance contribution allowance but nobody will report me if/or how much i will be receiving! the first time i visited the jobcentre to sign on i didn`t get a payment!! can one please help me?
Are you conclusion of the credit you get put towards your benefits? If that is the case, you don't get any money in your pocket, but your National Insurance record is guarded against any shortfall of contributions for your testify pension, etc.

No such fashion as emergency National Insurance. The amounts are set in accordance with your wages,and are non-refundable.
If you mean emergency tax, have you completed frame P86? That is first, and then ask tax office if there is any more they need to know about you to issue a cumulative code compute.

you don't claim national insurance - you pay it - it automatically comes out of your wages. If you are working for someone who doesn't make tracks your national insurance contributions clear to you, you may not be paying any and then you can't claim any benefits because you won't have enough contributions.

I am in the Uk on the HSMP , but have been made roundabout. I have paid montlyy NI contributions for 4 years now, can I claim benefits if I cannot secure another job soon?
Yes, you will be entitled to contribution based JSA for 6 months, after which it will be gains based, so if you want to carry on claiming, go and spend all your money now.
